Dorm Room
We are excited to offer a limited opportunity to experience staying on the University of Northern Colorado campus in full. Our exclusive four-night stay is hosted in one of UNCO’s dorms. Each room is what you’d expect from a dorm room: two single beds with typical furniture, such as a desk, chair, and drawers.
Similar to hotels, when you reserve one of two or three suite rooms with two beds for a four-night stay, you can share the room with someone of your choosing. Your roommate doesn’t have to pay the dorm stay fee, as you have already paid for the whole room.
We believe staying on campus is the best choice for all conference registrants. You’ll be just a short walk away from the conference events, eliminating the need to travel on and off campus every morning and evening. Additionally, you’ll be in close proximity to other conference registrants and have the opportunity to enjoy the experience of staying on campus. Suppose you’re interested in staying in a dorm room. In that case, you can either select the dorm option when you register for the conference here or complete the a la carte form here to pay separately from your conference registration. Note that the room must be reserved under the name of a conference registrant. Otherwise, it will be made available to others.
This opportunity is for June 23 to 27th, and we are unable to modify the duration or dates of a stay.
We look forward to having you join us at the dorm. It will be a blast!!
The ASLTA Board and its conference committee will be updating and modifying information about the upcoming 2027 conference. We recommend that you visit the pages listed below periodically to ensure that you have the most current details.
Which Dorm?
We will be staying at a dorm in the center of campus. Each suite includes two bedrooms with two single beds, one full bathroom, and a lounge area.
Please note that this can change at any time, depending on the university’s dorm renovation plans during the summer.

Laundry Facilities
Laundry facilities are available in the dorm for your convenience. Laundry detergent is NOT provided. The washers and dryers are pay-for-use.
Pillows & Linens
Each person who reserved a dorm room will be issued a pillow and linens at check in. There is no additional fee for linens. Included items:
- 1 pillow
- Sheets & pillowcase
- 1 blanket
- 1 towel
- 1 washcloth
Theft Concerns
The suite has a front door lock for which two or four patrons will have the key. However, the two bedrooms also have their locks with different keys. If you stay in the room alone, you will only have access to your room. If you share a room with someone else, both of you will have access to the shared room.
For additional protection, each dorm room has two armoires, each with a padlock hasp. If you feel you’ll need to secure your valuables in your armoire, you will need to bring a padlock.
