We are thrilled to welcome you here. On this page, you will find all the conference registration details, and if you’re ready, you can also proceed to register for the conference.

Online registration for the conference is only possible via the website until June 30, 2025. After that date, you will need to register at the door.

Discounts listed below are only for Summer Early Bird registration. To take advantage of the member’s registration fee and other potential benefits, you must be a member from Sept. 2023 to Aug. 2024 and Sept. 2024 to Aug. 2025.

Certified Members Discount

Are you a Certified/Master member in good standing? The ASLTA Board is grateful for your commitment to raising the standard of ASL education and is pleased to offer you a $50 registration discount. Please check your email for your personal discount code.

Committee Members Discount

ASLTA Committee Members, in recognition of your continuous commitment to the organization and ASL education, please check your email or contact your Committee Chair for your $100 discount code.

We do not offer a payment plan directly through us because the process of handling payments is complicated, time-consuming, and costly. However, there is a relatively new option called the “buy now, pay later” service. With this service, you can pay for registration today and then make installment payments over at least a couple of months.

Instead of using your credit card, you can sign up for one of those “buy now, pay later” services. These are similar to how a credit card works. However, unlike a credit card, their buy now, pay later ‘virtual card’ provides flexibility and control over how you pay back: every two weeks or monthly for 3-60 months. Five-Day Dorm Stay & Parking

One Price: $414.97

We are excited to offer a limited opportunity to experience staying on the Gallaudet University campus in full. Our exclusive Five-day (four nights) stay will be hosted in one of Gallaudet’s dorms. Each room is what you’d expect of a dorm room: two single beds with typical dorm furniture such as a desk, chair, drawers, etc.

Similar to hotels, when you reserve one of two or three suite rooms with two beds for one price for a five-day stay, you have the option to share the room with someone of your choosing. Your roommate doesn’t have to pay the dorm stay fee as you have already paid for the whole room.

This opportunity is for July 9th to 13th, 2025. Please note that we are unable to modify the duration or dates of a stay.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Schedule:
Full refund by December 31, 2024
75% by February 28, 2025
50% by April 30, 2025
No refund will be given after May 1, 2025
*Refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee.

Refund Policy:
ASLTA’s refund policy is as follows: We reserve the right to decline a refund request. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed.

Transfer Registration Policy:
ASLTA will not process or accept registration transfers from one original registrant to another. Registrant’s information must match what is registered on our system.

Cancellation:
ASLTA retains the right to cancel the conference at its discretion.

All attendees must agree to abide by all health and safety guidelines required by ASLTA, the event venue, and local and state governments. Attendees must further acknowledge there are inherent risks of attending large gatherings, and knowingly assume those risks and release ASLTA from any liability.
