All refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee. 

Membership refunds are granted only if you have not used that membership to access ASLTA services, programs, or benefits. 

Refunds on ASLTA certification application fees are granted only if you have not accessed any of the certification materials (such as logging in to your digital portfolio, uploading materials, etc.).
