McLean School, a K–12 independent school in Potomac, Maryland serving approximately 500 students, seeks a full-time American Sign Language Teacher for grades 5–8 beginning August 2026. For over 70 years, McLean has supported bright students, including those with mild to moderate learning challenges, through small classes and differentiated instruction grounded in its Abilities Model®. This role is ideal for an educator who can teach ASL while building student confidence, supporting self-advocacy, and contributing to a collaborative Middle School program. The salary range for this position is $55,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience, plus full employee benefits.
