Time Zone Information - IMPORTANT

ASLTA webinars are scheduled for Eastern Standard Time. Please remember to check the corresponding time zone for your part of the country to ensure you attend accordingly. 

Zoom ID and Password
  • All registrants will receive the Zoom link, meeting number, and password 24 hours before the webinar is scheduled to begin.
  • If you registered for a webinar and have not received the Zoom information, please contact pd@aslta.org immediately. Include your first and last name in the email subject line. 
Refund Policy
  1. Registrants who do not attend the scheduled webinar will not receive a refund.
  2. Registrants may receive a 50% refund of webinar fees if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled webinar.
  3. A 15% processing fee is applied to all refunds.
  4. Refunds will be made via check and mailed to you within 10 business days.
Necessary Equipment
  1. It is strongly recommended that you use a laptop or desktop computer to connect to the webinar.
  2. Tablet devices are not recommended for ASLTA webinars, as all Zoom features may not be available on a tablet.

Missed the webinar? No worries, you can still watch the recorded session. Click the “register here” button below, select “after event viewing,” enter the webinar title you’d like to see, and fill out the remaining form with your payment information. *Note that watching the recording will not earn you ASLTA CEUs.
