ASLTA 2025 Dorm Stay Fee



What Is This Fee For?

This fee covers the cost of bedding (pillow, blanket, sheets) and bathing linens. All individuals who stay in Gallaudet housing are required to pay this linen fee. The fee is included in the cost of the dorm room. Any invited guest / roommate staying with a person who reserved the dorm room must pay this linen fee.



Read each of the following terms and conditions. Check each box to indicate you understand and accept each requirement.

I understand that I am an invited guest and may be asked to leave the dorm room at any time for any reason. ASLTA is not responsible to provide you with housing should this occur.

I understand that I will be issued one pillow, one set of sheets, one blanket, one towel, and one washcloth. If I lose any item or fail to return all items upon checkout, I will be required to pay a lost item fee.

I understand that I will be required to pay all costs associated with key replacement in the event the key is lost or damaged.

I understand that my roommate and I are fully liable for any damage caused to dorm room furnishings, including walls and doors. In the event of damage, I accept responsibility for costs associated with repair.
